WRP SOFTWARE ("we", "our", "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services, including our website, mobile app, and APIs (collectively, the "Services").

- **Account Information:** name, email, username, profile photo.
- **Usage Data:** interactions with the app, posts, messages, time spent.
- **Device Information:** device type, operating system, IP address, cookies.
- **Content:** posts, comments, and media you upload.
- **Push Notification Token:** a device token generated by your device's OS to deliver push notifications. This token does not identify you personally and is used solely to send notifications you have authorized.

## 2. Location Data

WhaZaBee may request access to your device's location. **Your location is used exclusively on your device** to center the map around your current position and display nearby content. Your precise or approximate location coordinates are **never transmitted to our servers, stored in our databases, or shared with any other user or third party**. You may deny or revoke location access at any time through your device settings without affecting other app features.

## 3. How We Use Your Information

- Provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
- Personalize your experience and display relevant nearby content on the map.
- Send push notifications you have opted into (e.g., new messages, activity alerts).
- Serve advertisements through Google AdMob (see Section 6).
- Communicate updates, notifications, and service-related messages.
- Enforce our policies and protect against fraud or illegal activities.
- Analyze aggregated usage for research and service improvement.

## 4. Sharing Your Information

We do **not sell your personal data**. We may share information:

- **With service providers** we use to operate the Services, including cloud infrastructure (AWS), authentication (AWS Cognito), push notifications (Google Firebase and Apple Push Notification service), and advertising (Google AdMob). Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.
- **For legal obligations** or to respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
- **In case of a business transfer** such as a merger or acquisition, in which case you will be notified.

We do **not** share your location data with any party, including other users of the app.

## 5. Advertising — Google AdMob

WhaZaBee uses **Google AdMob** to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and use data from your device, including advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. We retain your account data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

## 8. Minimum Age

WhaZaBee is intended for users aged **13 and older**. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

## 9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Request data portability.
